Same issue for me. Up to this time I have remained logged in to Product Manager. Now I am logged out and it won’t accept my login credentials.
Edit; I just tried opening PM again and it opened this time without logging in.
I tried some things to get the Drive to work and all failed. Checked for driver updates. Changed drive letter. On the new PC that I’m trying to get the drive to work , the folder color indicator is red. The rest, such as C etc are blue. I connected the drive to another PC that I have and the drive is red there as well. Maybe the update for the drive screwed it up. At this point I have no idea what to do. Been working on this issue for over two weeks.
Olof, this is a replacement disc so its not likely that I have received two bad drives. I just received it two days ago. My PC is new Dell Inspiron 12gb ram. A curious thing that happens is when I plug the disc into the second 3.1 USB port which should be F the drive still says E. I have a flash drive that is normally in F. I am trying to research issues that cause a I/O error but its not my forte.
Olof,I’ll try to post again.

Olof, the forum won’t let me post the results of the command prompt. Says it is marked as spam and a moderator will review my post.
Thanks Olof. Is this what you are referring to?

Hey GORILLA! I started playing in late 2005. I had to take off about a year because of shoulder surgery and started playing again a couple of months ago, so about four years total.
I am still learning and improving and am almost to the point where I can call myself a drummer.
I saved your site and will check it out.
Yep, really nice song. Excellent mix. I thought the intro was a little long as well. I was ready at about 38 seconds.
norrie, I noticed that you use Sonar 8. Currently, I use Sonar 6 PE but this may apply to your program as well. I was having a similar problem a while back and eliminated it by ( in Sonar ) going to Options – Global – General tab – Uncheck Always Echo Current Midi Tracks. I’m pretty sure that solved the trigger problem. I have had to do so much since adding Superior Drummer that I’m not positive though.
Scott, I don’t understand either but I know there is an answer. It’s like chasing ghost’s. I checked latency with DPC Latency Checker and it showed no problems with latency.
John, yes I did download the latest Firepod driver but it didn’t change anything. Earlier today I was recording with my TD 20 using WDM driver and Sonar crashed after a few minutes. ASIO is worse, I get dropouts on certain kits in Superior Drummer. Forget about changing kits on the fly during play back. I’ve tried every variation that I know of to remedy so maybe my system just can’t handle Superior Drummer.
