I watched the video a few times and apparently missed this users point…

I turned off the annoying electronic mics that are auto-routed into the main snare top mic and BAM… Problem solved.

These did not help me. The problem persists when I simply change out a snare with one from the kicks and snares pack, but not when I change the preset altogether. For example, I load up the death and darkness preset and swap out the snare with an EZX snare and all of the velocities are the same, when I lower or raise the velocity, it simply just automates volume. But when I change the preset to Kicks and Snares, the snare is perfect and the hits get softer when I lower the velocity…

This defeats the whole purpose me even wanting this pack if I can’t mix and match.
