Okay, took 2 hours of my life now, but after uninstalling EZDrummer and all the add-ons (EZDrummer Rock! etc.) I’ve finally been able to install the update. I hope future updates will be easier to install…

I’ve had EZDrummer 2 installed, but I unsinstalled it because it also did not work the way it should. So I’ve only EZDrummer 1 installed right now

I’ve also had a ezdrummer.dll in my “Cubase”-folder. But after deleting this file the error still appeared…

The ezdrummer.dll was in the folder C:\Programs(x86)VstPluginsToontrack. I deleted this file now, but I still get the same error if I try to install the 32-bit version as well as if I try to install the 64-bit version…

I’m using the 64-bit version of EZDrummer 1.3.2 and I’m trying to run the 64-bit version of the installer. The number shown in the EZDrummer is 1.3.2

I’m using Windows 7, 64-bit.

I think I’ve got a similar problem as martinhets has. A few weeks ago I bought the “EZDrummer: Drum Fundamentals: Rock”-Package, which includes EZDrummer 1 and an Update to EZDrummer 2. I installed EZD 1 and updated it to EZD 2. The ezdrummer.dll is in the VSTplugin folder of Cubase. But if I want to open EZ Drummer, there’s always the interface of EZD 1, so I can’t use all those new features and drumkits of EZD 2. Does EZD 2 have its own .dll? And where do I find that one?

PS: I’m using Cubase 7.0.7, 64-Bit and also installed the 64-Bit version of EZD 2
