    I understand, but if it’s not registered I cannot use the upgrade either. Which is still online.

    Was the version that came with the Trigger IO also limited to just 1 tom sound and no crashes by the way?

    Hi. The FAQ says the standardized format is “6 groups of 4 characters”, but I see only 5 groups. So I am unable to enter the serial number into either the desktop and online product manager, since the serial does have 6 groups.
