I am and have been having a very similar problem……in product manager….yes you have this and yes it is installed….on my pc this product needs registering…on the toontrack manager this product is registered…..on the pc , this product needs a code….get the picture…
very disappointed, toontrack = rubbish, support is nil, who knows about the product it never works….it might be rubbish as well , how can you tell.
