These issues might be linked to pad sensitivity settings within the Drum module. For example, if two pads are mounted on or near the same stand, one can  sometimes trigger the other, often influenced by the force used to hit the pad.

At a very basic level we need, on occasion, to be able to create clean, tight bass parts without fret buss. ToonTrack should not prevent us from doing so with their EzBass application. I find myself continually going back to Trilian to accomplish this.

OK, I’ve managed to buy the upgrade to EzKeys2 for EUR 79 using PayPal on my Android tablet.

Sounds like a bug needs fixing in relation to Toontrack purchases, Windows-10 and Google.

I would prefer to use PayPal and Google Chrome on my studio PC as I always do.

When will the bug be fixed at your end?   I do not want to miss the pre-order price offer.

Yes, I’m signed in and I already have Ezkeys1. The Toontrack payment screen shows the discounted price of 79Euro.

Just route ezkeys to your favourite Hammond VSTi, or any other keyboard instrument. ToonTrack does not need to supply each and every keyboard plugin  out there.

That is great advice Jord. I didn’t realise that was possible. Can’t wait to try it tomorrow. A nice Xmas present!

    Happy Christmas.

Do you mean uninstall it using the Windows Add/Remove Programs and then reinstall it using Toontrack Program Manager?

Ah – I see that it has just worked! Changes seem to take a while to be accepted.  They are also to visible when I try to edit them. Maybe a Windows-11 / Toontrack incompatibility.

EZD3!  What’s the bluudy point?  We already have SD3!

The time wasted on EZD3 could have been much better spent on updating EZkeys, in my humble opinion.

Thanks for the ideas! We always listen to our customers. The ideas aren’t always possible to implement due to different reason, but this one has been requested before so we know about the need for resizable windows :)

So are you going to do this for EzKeys?

EzKeys certainly does need updating (or completely re-writing) to bring it up to the standard of SD3 and EzBass. Most people here would agree with that and most people here, including me, seem to feel ripped off by TT.

If EzKeys was brought up-to-date and us paying customers were not constantly IGNORED by Toontrack I would be buying many more EZkey Midi packs and singing the praises of the program, but as it stands now it is a disaster to use and I’m not going to throw any more money down the drain on this.

Actually, I find it hard to believe that Toontrack seems to be sometimes updating the midi packs but not bothering to update the application itself at all!

As we give Toontrack money that keeps them in business I think it is not unreasonable to expect them to listen to our complaints and show us some respect.

I notice that it is not possible to gain access to this forum unless one has bought the product. This means that people who do not own it can not see the shocking number of complaints there are here about the product, so they are tempted to buy into it, as I was, only then to discover how awful it is. Nice!
