There is a way to Demix a midi region in different notes (maybe you have to remix the articulations of every element and save them as single stem). Here is the info at https://support.apple.com/en-gb/guide/logicpro/lgcpf7c0f28c/mac . I think you should try with “Separate Note Pitch” tho.
