It’s when I download. I have changed the download location to my E drive from my c drive. It will download up to a GB and stop with the message included in the photo. There is more than a TB of space left.
I purchased SD2 via DVDs and it is registered. SD2 used to show up in my acct. I haven’t logged on in a while I better check that for updates. Ok so the downloader is the one online. Thanks
Well I’ve used 2 or 3 different cables & cymbals..never messed with xtralk..not even sure how that affects the drum..and should it be applied to the cymbal or what is interfering.. Wonder why nothing else acts like that..bfd3 doesn’t do it
John, yes I am using the Yamaha mapping. I have used the factory mapping from yamaha. I’ve tried the general midi and user kits. That did not work. I tried using bfd3s mapping which was better in the module but I still have crash two choke intermittently on random Ezdrummer 2 kits. Also I have a third crash I’ve added that seems on some kits to trigger crash one and a hihat. I’ve changed cables and cymbals..same issue. Is there something I am missing..had this problem for two years..the choke I can correct if i record the midi and delete all the poly after touch events. But that does not help me live.
Hey thanks John. It works well. Now my only issue is mapping the dtx900. I wish I had a better grasp on midi to do this. My crash 2 chokes and a have hats on another channel. Pain. I hope I can rectify this soon.
But I would need toontrack solo for superior right? I will try the ezd 2 stand alone tonight. I noticed I can save a created kit’s output when I saved it..is there a way to save all the existing kits like the modern basic..etc?
Hi John, I didn’t know that. I thought I needed to use that for the audio setup to send it out thru my Steinberg UR824 to send to 8 outputs to the front of house.
I am gonna try a splash on Sat. I had to move my studio kit out to where my band rehearses so my new studio kit has the old DTX IV module with not enough inputs to try that. I have been using a stereo pcy65s so I’ll try a 65 and see what happens. If we could get those Roland settings I think it would greatly help. I own bfd3 as well and with the update they have for Yamaha everything functions 100%. I just wish it would in ezd2. As I like it a helluva lot better.
WPHall I use the dtx900 module all the 3 zone cymbals..4 E-pro toms kick & snare. They are a rubber head..but I like them way better than mesh. It’s a softer rubber. I really hope I can get a fix for ezdrummer2 even though I know I’ll eventually have to use superior 2. As I want to add a splash cymbal. I just want to start off using Ezdrummer 2 live as it’s easier for 8 outs with the ur824. BTW I’m 50.
