I’ve just solved the problem of getting a 1308 error on my PC Windows 7.

The error came up with both trying to install from the DVD and online. Instead of trying to install from the DOWNLOADS folder (having downloaded it from toontracks), I copied the file to my desktop and installed from that folder. It worked Yay!
