Found it. There is a note ontroller inside the DAW that recognises “pressure” for a midi note.

B2 is triggering a ride edge hit. If, for some reason, there is a high pressure value triggered or accidentally written then the crash will choke.

hope it spares someone some nerves.

Does anyone know the CC numbers for the Cymbal choke functions?

I experience random chokes after tracking a TD-27 performance and replaying it in Superior Drummer 3. Can´t find the right midi value or whatever the problem is.
