    I know how to do this and have been doing it since I bought ezd3 (which has transformed my work). I am using logic pro 11. (Intel version). However, sometimes the multichannel set-up just doesn’t work. I will go through all the steps but the + and – signs don’t work. I.e. They don’t create more channels. You can see on the screenshot that the + sign is greyed out. ( I tried a screenshot of the whole page setup but your site said it was too big.)

    Also there has never been an indicator  arrow that shows we are on multichannel, rather than stereo, output, whereas there is one for ‘audience or drummer perspective’. Is this part of the problem?
