well now it becomes obvious why I can’t use the piano without changing my OS.(windows 7 minimum)
what you should do then is change the mention “Windows XP or newer ” on the requirements on internet and on the retail boxes of your products.
for now unfortunately i m not able to use it on my computer. Even though I ve made a try on another computer a friend lended me to check what was going on !
