Scott Sibley, I am having the same problem with the Serial ERROR message but have not gotten a reply from anyone at Toontrack. Is there a problem with my account? please at least let me know i’m being heard. Thanks M. Coolidge (2 equals 3) #244277

Just purchased soul midi. getting same message as everyone else on this thread, Serial error.
