Hello,
i have a Problem with a license key from Audiodeluxe.
I have got a wrong license key. My order was the Claustrophobic EZX and he sent me the key for Drumkit from hell without a productdescription. After the Registration at Toontrack, i have seen, the wrong product.
Can you please delete the Drumkit from hell from my acount and Change it to Claustrophobic?

Please also contact AudioDeluxe for issues with license codes purchased & received from them.
I had a similar discrepancy with a license received from AudioDeluxe
(with whom I have since continued to buy Toontrack products……often).
Unfortunately, you and I as license recipients are unaware of the delivery error
until registering the code in our Toontrack account.
Once I reported the issue to AudioDeluxe, they promptly sent me the appropriate license code.
Difference in my case was that I already owned the product for which I had received and registered the wrong license code
and no further correction to my Toontrack account was necessary.
I sense action from both AudioDeluxe and Toontrack will be necessary to provide the license code for the product you purchased
and remove the product that you didn’t purchase from your Toontrack account.
