Working with one licence on two computers simultaneously?

I have a friend that I work together with when it comes to arranging and mixing my songs, but he lives quite far away. My question is; Is it possible to download and activate Toontrack products (I have lots of expansion packs and midi files) on his computer and can he start arranging while at the same time I  work on new ideas or is the limitation that only one computer can access Toontrack products at the time. Hope my question was understandable :).

No. Your Toontrack license is for 1 user to use on 2 computers simultaneously, not 2 different users.
