Won’t show EZ drummer 3 for download

I registered my purchase of EXD3 and it asked which free ex pack I wanted. I selected it and downloaded but now it wont show ezd3 in my products. When I try to install the ex pack, it says it can’t find ezd3 and I need to install it but it does not show up in the PD to download and install. When I enter the serial # it says it is already registered.

So much for seamless installation.

Can you give us a screenshot of the whole Product Manager?

Thank you for the response. when I opened the PD this morning it looks like all of my products are there. See screen shot.  Downloading the core library now. Maybe all is well?

There’s sometimes a problem with the servers. You should be ready to go.
