YOU NEED TO AUTHORIZE THIS COPY OF EZ DRUMMER IT GOES THERE. I PUT THE COMPUTER ID NUMBER DESCRIPTION IN IT GOES TO THE NEXT SCREEN ,THAT ASKS FOR SERIAL NUMBER OF THE COPY OF E Z DRUMMER I DO THAT AND THEN IT SAYS EZ DRUMMER ALREADY EXIST.AND GOES IN A CIRCLE AGAIN

studio51, to me it sounds like you are trying register your EZDrummer again, which you can’t do because the serial number is already used (authorizing is not registering, they are 2 different processes). When you start up EZDrummer, don’t use the link on the window that pops up. Instead, open an internet browser session to http://www.toontrack.com. Log into your account > My Products and select EZDrummer. Select Authorize (not Register)…
You should ONLY be asked for a computer ID (which you can copy and paste from the pop-up) and description. Press the authorize button and you should get an authorization code, which you copy and paste back to the pop-up window.
The process doesn’t ask you for a serial number, only the registration process does and you can’t register the same serial number twice.

I PM’d on September 10 and even posted a pic on how to access your forum email as well as PMing you today with a solution after you replied to my PM today. Your issue is caused by inputting the wrong computer ID (the computer id you sent me only had 12 characters and the system creates/requires 13 character computer IDs).

I logged into your Toontrack account using the info from your PM you sent me. I clicked on the ‘Authorize Product’ in the red box (see my pic in post #8 in this thread. This opened the ‘green box’ window for authorizing. I copied/pasted your computer ID from your post above and put in ‘MAC TWO’ in the computer description as you requested. Then I hit the ‘Authorize’ button. The system generated the authorization code and emailed it to your email address.
The only thing I can think of that caused you problems is you were inputting a Computer ID that was missing a number (the first computer ID you sent me in your PM was missing one character), thus sending you back to the ‘green box’ window with an ‘incorrect computer ID’ message.
