Ok, let me see if I can read through all the CAPS/lack of punctuation, it’s not easy to read…
You bought a new computer. You installed EZD. You opened EZD in your host (Cubase) and it didn’t prompt you to authorize. Is this correct? What does happen? Does EZD load?
Have you installed EZD from the DVD or from the full product download in your Toontrack account?
Are you new computer specs in your signature or is that your old machine?

have you opened ezd in your host/did an authorization screen pop up/you need to do this first to get the computer id of the new machine/then go to your toontrack account and log in/then click your ezdrummer product under my products/then click add authorization/see pic below/then the next screen will ask for the new computer id/this is from the authorization screen that popped up the first time you launched ezdrummer on your new machine in cubase/input this new computer id and give it a computer description/click the authorize button and you will get a new authorization code/input this new authorization code in you authorization pop up window when you launched ezdrummer in cubase.

I’m sorry but I’ve tried the authorization process and it works just fine. I clicked on the ‘Authorize Product’ as in the pic above, typed in my computer ID that I got from the Authorization windows for EZdrummer when I opened it for the first time in my host DAW, and typed in a computer description. I then clicked the ‘Authorize’ button and the next screen gave me my authorization code.
Â
I really don’t know what else to suggest to you other than to try to use someone else’s computer but I certainly don’t get your ‘when you go to author.product it goes back to product already author. anjd goes back to the green screen big circle’. In fact, I don’t even know what to make of that description as it is not very clear.

how can it be any more clear. when ypu get too computer description.type in mac two. then authorize and it shows product already authorized how could that not be any more clear.and then it starts all over again kevin

Tell me to get lost…. but…. studio51, you receive an email that has the computer Name and ID when you authorized your original computer.
Would you be able to find it? Could you compare the computer ID from your original install to the one you get when you start up EZDrummer on the new computer. Are they different? (don’t post them here BTW)

Perhaps try again to un-authorize all comps(max is 2 at one given time )
and give it a fresh try
with a NEWer yet untried name . Not sure but it may work.
Don’t crossgrade until you have this sorted.
