Wont authorize

I had to reinstall my ez drummer 2 and now I can’t get it to authorize. The return message I get is< "authorization failed. contact support for help. I have uninstalled it several times and just can't get it to work again.

Hi,

depending on what changed on your system, you may have to De-Authorize it and make a new Authorization.
Or is this a new setup?
