Sorry, not sure why the photo loaded upside down.

Start the standalone, and in Settings select to reset the Scale and Window positions.  This will affect the plugins too.

Quit Pro Tools first, then do the changes in the standalone. The next time you start Pro Tools the size should be reset!

Henrik, thank you so much. It worked in just a few seconds. I’m a bit embarrassed to say that I spent at least a couple hours last night thinking it was something that I had to do within the plugin or Pro Tools. Thank you again!

I’m having the same issue with the display being to large to navigate anything. What is the “standalone”?

    I’m having a similar problem

I think what you mean by “standalone “ is opening superior drummer 3 by clicking on the desktop icon …and not using it as a plug-in, correct?

I am just trying to open superior drummer 3  by clicking on the desktop icon. What I want to do is tap a beat with my fingers and recorded it within superior drummer 3. I do not want to use the grooves.

The problem is, the stop, play, record, tempo, etc.. buttons at the bottom are not displayed when I open up superior drummer 3. The window automatically expands, and there’s no way for me to shrink it down to see them (I tried the hover over the corners and drag the window size, but it does not work.). If I move my taskbar to the right of my desktop, I can see the top of those buttons just barely. So I know they are still there. But for some reason it automatically expands every time I open it and I’m not able to access those buttons or shrink the window size.

I did what you told the other guy, and went into general settings and pressed the “reset scale and size.” But it stays at this expanded size where I cannot access those buttons.

How can I fix this? For more info, I believe I’m on what is normally used as a gaming laptop. Made by Asus. Is there a setting I need to change in my laptop to fix the issue?

Never mind, I just figured it out

I had to go into my desktop settings and change the scale and layout. It just dawned on me.

The scale and layout was set at 150%. I had to change it to 125%
