Why is Product Manager 1.1.4 (Win) NOT available as a standalone installer?

Noticed that when I go to the Toontrack site:

Product Manager (toontrack.com)

And download PM from the link provided – I get a small archive with various Windows flavours of the PM:

Windows 10 (v1.1.1)

Windows 11 (v1.1.2)

but exactly none of them are the current one (v1.1.4)

Any reason why 1.1.4 is not sole download vs these intermediates?
