I own 12 EZX’s that I’ve bought over the years since maybe 2014, mostly during sales or promotions.  It seems to me that the retail price for EZX’s has been pretty stable at $89 for pretty much that whole period.  Toontrack has typically had a few sales per year though where prices can drop 60% or more, the holiday sales prices can be pretty cheap.  The current weekend deal of 60% seems pretty typical to me.

I mean I’d love for TT to drop their prices, but it seems pretty inaccurate to say “prices doubled in less than three years” when you’re talking about a super-sweet deal price of $18.50.

Anyway, there will almost certainly be an end-of-year sale where most EZX’s are marked down quite a bit.  Just wait until then.

Let’s see the receipt. I’ve been with them a lot longer than that, you must have gotten a typo price at a third party site.

    Thanks guys for your perspective.
You are right, I bought some MIDI and EZX from musticstore and thomann – seems I got some very special deals.
But I also bought from toontrack directly: Twisted Kit 25€, Alt-Rock 27€, Progressive 23€.

So surely not doubled in thee years 😉

Now lets get back to the music.

    Again Thanks, Martin 🙂
