Why are there stereo pan sliders for kick and snare in EZX Hip Hop mixer?

All the ezx’s I own have single pan knobs for kick, snare and hats. Except for Hip Hop. It has stereo pan sliders for every single instrument, including kick, snare, and hi-hat.  Why?

Hi,

 

there are Stereo FX instances on the channels in the Hip-Hop! EZX Presets. You don’t see them but they are there.

If you switch to the ‘Original Mix’ preset, you will see a difference.
