    No worries. We’ll get you up and running.

    First, go to toontrack.com and create an account. Then click the big, orange, ‘Register New Product’ button and enter in your EZdrummer serial number. This will create an ‘EZdrummer’ product page under your ‘My Products’ section. Then, on that EZdrummer ‘My Product’ page, click on the red ‘PC’ button (see pic below) to download the full EZdrummer installer. This is the most up-to-date installer for 64-bit systems and is, most likely, more up-to-date than the installer on your disc.

    Once you have downloaded this installer, you need to extract it and run it. Then download and install the latest update (1.2.1) from that EZdrummer My Product page under the Software Updates section.

    Let me know how things turn out.

    BTW, once you have registered EZdrummer to your Toontrack account, you should then be granted access to the official support forums on this forum. Make sure you use the same email address for the Toontrack account as you did for registering to this forum as the email addresses need to match for automatic support forum access.

    scott , it didn’t work . i registered my product and downloaded the copy off the toontracks site .then it says to extract files and when the exracting is finished it doesnt open.any hep is appreciated. thanks

    Are you extracting to your desktop or some other location? A folder should be created in the same location as where you downloaded the installer.

    i havent even got to the installer yet.i guess it is extracting to my desktop.

    at first i tried DLing the 1.2.1 update and when it was finished it went straight to my winrar for me to open it up. but this one didnt do anything.

    The installer should extract to the same location as where you downloaded the .exe

    If you downloaded the .exe from the Toontrack website to your desktop, it should extract to the same location. There should be folder there named ‘TT106_EZdrummer_WIN’ after extraction.
