I want to add some third party midi grooves to EZ Drummer, and want to keep them organized. It seems from the manual that the way to do this is open the User Midi Folder. The Manual says to do this by:
“The process is very straightforward: select the ‘User MIDI folder’ entry from the Help Menu to open the ‘MY MIDIFILES’ folder on your Desktop, and place and organize your grooves labelled as you see fit.”
But is this only possible in a stand alone installation of EZ perhaps? I’m using it as a plugin in Logic, and can’t find the Help Menu to open this Midfiles folder. I tried searching on my HD for My Midifiles, but found nothing.
I’m sure I’m missing something totally obvious. Help! Thanks!
Whoops. I found it. Sorry!. Here’s something odd though. I know I have 3rd party grooves playing in EZ Drummer (groove monkee) But they’re not showing up in this folder? How does that work?
Thanks!
