Where is the Opening Hit Control?

Here is an excerpt from the Drummer2 Operation manual on page 19

Next to the power hand, you’ll find the Opening Hit control. This adds a single hit to the beginning of any selected groove on the timeline.

Where is the Open Hit control, and how would I use it to apply a singly hit to the beginning of a selected groove on the timeline.

I’ve been apply single hits by pressing Record and hitting a drum by clicking with the mouse. Timing is very difficult this way.

within the “Edit Play Style” window (accessed most easily by double-clicking the groove to be edited in the Song Track),
you can change the kit pieces & articulation used by the Power Hand and the Opening Hit.

It appears that you have the Opening Hit turned off completely in your video.
Please note that the Opening Hit is ‘grayed out’.
It is toggled On/Off by the switch to the left of the words, “Opening Hit”.
