Where is SD3 v3.3.1 Stand-Alone?

Just updated SD3 to v3.3.1 using Product Manager. All worked fine. The 3.3.1 VST plugin is there and is accessible in Nuendo, but the standalone version no longer works.  When I run the shortcut this message appears:

Note1: EzBass and EzKeys standalone version are there and working.

Note2: yesterday I updated the PC from Windows-10 to Windows-11 and then immediately rolled back to Windows-1o. Could this have caused the problem. Everything else on the PC appears to be working fine.

How do I get it working again please?

Try uninstalling SD3 (in Add/Remove Programs) and then installing it.

Do you mean uninstall it using the Windows Add/Remove Programs and then reinstall it using Toontrack Program Manager?
