Where is New York SDX Vol.1 with my purchase or SD 3 Upgrade?

I just bought the SD 3 upgrade but I can’t see New York Vol.1 in my account? Am I missing something?

The sale we had for S3 and the free New York Vol.1 SDX was for the regular and crossgrade (not the upgrade). The reason being is that the New York Vol.1 SDX is exactly the same library as the Avatar library that shipped with S2…which you already have in your account because you own S2.

I m having the same issue. I bought the regular version of SD3 from Sweetwater and it does not show the NY SDX for download.

Same here. I bought the full new version of SD3 from sweetwater.com and installed and registered yesterday.

I emailed a support ticket about the NY SDX Vol.1 not appearing in my account yet, but haven’t gotten a response.

Hey guys. Sorry for the trouble.

 

We’ve had a temporary glitch in the registration system and some customers did not receive the NY Studios Vol 1 SDX even if they were eligible. We’re compiling a list of registered titles that did not receive the free SDX and will start sending out the licenses soon.
