I just spent $267 on ezkeys, some exp packs, etc. During the payment process there was an error, so when I refreshed the screen and attempted to re-submit the payment (credit card) it stated the payment had already been processed.
I have received no email confirmation and the products do not show up under my account.
I have verified with my cred card company that the payment has been made.
Can someone please help!

I did as you suggested, however there was no order info to provide since I didn’t receive any information from Toontrack regarding the transaction. But toontrack got my money!
Not a happy customer. NO phone number to call and several hours since I sent off an initial email regarding the issue.
I’m sorry you’re upset but, depending where you’re located in the world, there is a time difference. I’m located 5 hours behind local Toontrack time.
I’m sure you’ll receive your products soon after the folks make it to the shop in the morning.
