    Hi,

Please open Toontrack Product Manager, click “Show Details” for your EZkeys library and download and launch the installer for the latest software update (“EZkeys software player”), currently version 1.3.3. In the installer, when you see a button labeled “Customize”, click it and then select the formats you want to have installed.

    Thank you.

It admittedly confused me for a bit (and I almost gave up) as the reference to the “Installer” is what I thought was done exclusively by the “product manager”, so I thought that it was within that.  I did finally realize that an installer (specific to EZkeys) was installed, and followed your instructions from there.  I am denoting these points just in case someone else reads this in the future and needs clarity as well.

If I may ask, do you happen to know why ToonTracks does not natively install the plugins for EZkeys (as they do for EZdrummer 3 & EZbass (just curious)?

Natively as in not requiring Rosetta on an Apple silicon Mac? Well, it’s probably because the installers are older and have not been rebuilt yet with such a fix. The EZkeys software installer version 1.3.3 is native, though, right?
