Hi. I hate to say it but I have been away from working in the studio for a very long time. Life called and I had to answer it.
Now I am trying to get up and running again, but in the meantime my older MacPro had to be retrenched in order to use a Universal Audio Apollo 8P….because it had no Thunderbolt. So now I use my laptop. Mid 2014 MacBook Pro Retina.
I went to my account at Toontrack and downloaded all my products there. Just to start I installed EZ Drummer but when I open it in Pro Tools it prompts me for a serial number. Shouldn’t the serial number be in my account somewhere at TT? I have other products too like EZ Keys and Superior Drummer2 along with some sound libraries for them.
I have no idea where the original install discs and the cards with serial numbers are.
Can anyone help? Thank you and a Happy New Year to you all.

I did download PM but cannot remember if I used it to install Ez Drummer. I’ll read through the info at the link you sent.
I guess I’m asking because at other manufacturers, the license keys for all the products owned, are in the Users CP under My Products or whatever.
Are you suggesting that if I use PM, it will automatically take care of the licenses?
Thankx.
Ah I got it figured, all is good. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction
