What’s going on?

Hi

I don’t know what is going on but Ez Drummer and Toontrack solo are not working on BOTH of my computers. On one of them the plugin disapeared and I can’t reinstall it. On the other, Toontrack solo can’t launch.

I don’t know what to explain more. Would it be possible to have support by phone? I fear that by e-mail, it will very much back and forth before we discover what is wrong.
