What should I do my plugin sound exactly like it does on the twebsite?

I just purchased and downloaded Orchestral Grand EKX from you. Unfortunately, I have to say that the sounds in the preset selection on your website sound much better than when I play them through my EZKyes 2 standalone plugin. Shouldn’t these sounds sound the same? Have the examples on your website been edited in some way? What should I do to make my plugin sound exactly like it does on your website?

Please elaborate as to which presets you might be referring to? I use the Orchestral Grand EKX almost exclusively and I’m not experiencing sonic issues.
