To whom it may concern – I purchased EZKeys 2 on the day of release and I would have thought by now – whoever is driving the Marketing dept would know who has EZKeys2 and who does not – by now.
I also thought the whole point of Product Manager (and the tons of data it collects and manages) should tell anyone building these marketing list queries who has what (and who does NOT have what) at any given moment.
Yet – here is what I get today (for the 3rd time now since release):
“As an existing owner of the earlier version, you qualify for the EZkeys 2 upgrade pricing. What to expect? New core sound and MIDI libraries as well as a wealth of new and improved features for creative songwriting.”
What is it going to take to tighten up these email lists – since someone over there is clearly not dealing from a proper deck?
