What is Power Hand?

Hey Guys,

Just picked up SD3 and tried to figure out what “Power Hand” is. Searched the manual for Power and Hand with no results.

Anyone know?

I DL’d it as a pdf, maybe it didn’t DL everything I’ll check it out.

My searches were in the pdf I DL’d. I tend not to like using online manuals 🙂
