I just noticed a couple of updates from January that I haven’t installed – ‘Sound library’ and ‘MIDI library’.
Can anyone tell me what these updates do and what changes they make?
I had slight problems with my library folders when I first installed EZD2, and had to manually move stuff around a bit, and so I’m not sure if these updates will mess anything up.
My drum packs and midi files are in:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Toontrack\EZDrummer\ < drum pack files in their own folders
C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Toontrack\EZDrummer\Midi < All ToonTrack midi patterns in specially named folders
C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Toontrack\EZDrummer\USER LIBRARIES < 3rd party midi patterns Eg. GMonkey
C:\Users\[name]\Documents\Toontrack\EZdrummer\ < user modified patterns and saved presets

Hi,
you are not prompted by the Product Manager to update, right?
IIRC, the changes made are in the installer packages only, not any content.

That’s right. I just saw it on the website in the ‘My Products’ section. I don’t particularly want to have the Product Manager installed.

OK, thanks.
