I’ve been using the software without any issues for a while. I recently bought EZmix 3 during the sale and successfully installed the free addon before its launch on August 20. However, when I tried to install EZmix 3 on August 24, I found that the Product Manager wasn’t working, and I couldn’t connect to the Toontrack website. I can access other websites like Neural DSP, Cubase, and Facebook without any problems. I’m writing this on my mobile phone.
Any help would be appreciated.
