Want My Money Back

What my options are for either getting my money back or getting credit towards something else? I would have posted this directly to Customer Support but I can’t find anywhere on website for how to that.

I asked about a demo version before I purchased but you don’t offer that. The documentation says Beatstation is what you want it to be but I can’t get it to be a Bass Rhythm machine, which is what I wanted.

I was primarily looking for something that I could use to generate Bass Rhythm patterns for songs. I already have EZdrummer and love it but thought this would be along the lines of what many digital recorders like Zoom offers, where by giving it a root chord I could get it to provide a bass rhythm pattern, in any variety of styles I selected. I haven’t been able to find any video’s that address this and the documentation is so limited, I can’t figure it out.

I’m not sure I understand exactly how you would prefer to work but what I can do is to load a Bass sound I like, then go through the Bass grooves only, i.e. I do not select the entire MIDI file as a bass/drum/lead group; makes me able to hear the Bass MIDI only. Then I can Transpose, change velocity or swing it while previewing before dragging to host.
