I’m having the same issue. Have you found a fix for this yet?

Same here. I’ve got it hooked up via USB, have td-27 selected. No midi info is being transmitted.  Superior Drummer 3 can still be triggered by the mouse, though.

SD3 says “Waiting for MIDI” as well.

Have you got the td27 selected in the midi settings? Do you have a DAW where you can also check you can see midi from the td27. SD3 has no problem in general seeing midi from a device providing the device driver has initialised and is showing in the midi settings. I use a td30 and a keyboard and both are selected and play SD3 ok.

SD3 with older sdx,s plus Rooms of Hansa and Death & Darkness. Cubase and wavelab current versions. Roland TD50x using all trigger inputs for triggering SD3 only. Windows 11 computer. Various keyboards and outboard gear as well as VST instruments. Acoustic drums: Yamaha 9000 natural wood and Pearl masters. Various snare drums. RME BabyFace Pro FS and Adam A7X monitors

    The thanks for the reply!

yes, I’ve selected my module (TD-27) in SD3.  I’ve downloaded the new drivers and installed them on sd card and then loaded onto my td-27.

    perhaps the driver didn’t initialize?

    how would I check that?

Having the same issue with TD-50 and REAPER. REAPER can record the midi and it will playback through Superior Drummer, but it doesn’t let me play in real time with superior drummer
