Ux2 tone port Midi crash .dmp

Every time in ezmix 2 I go to the settings for the audio setup I see the drop down menu has my midi toneport ux2 listed. I click on it and hit apply then I hit ok. Then a message pops up with a crash file that ends with .dmp please help me fix this before I get a refund!!!!

Operating system: Windows 10

did you submit your crash.dmp directly to Toontrack Support?

There was no file attached to your post.
