TAKING ADVANTAGE OF THE HOLIDAY OFFERS i ORDERED eASY kEYS AMONGST OTHER PRODUCTS. nOT FINDING AN EASY WAY TO ACCESS SUPORT i ENDED UP ON THIS FORUM. SOME SMART ….. RESPONDED TO MY QUERY VIA EMAIL. HOWEVER AFTER RESPONDING TO IT i REALISED THERE WAS NO OPTION TO RESPOND AND RECEIVE A REPLY. MY PROBLEM WAS NOT ADDRESSED WITH APPROPRIATE QUESTIONS. aS YET i DO NOT HAVE THE PRODUCT THAT i PURCHASED, BUT RATHER WAS SENT 2 SEPARATE EMAILS WITH ACTIVATION CODES FOR bOOGIE KEYS RATHER THAN AS SHOULD HAVE BEEN SENT. 1 FOR BOOGIE AND 1 FOR jAZZ. cAN SOMEONE RESOLVE THIS AND IF THIS IS WHERE IT MUST HAPPEN PLEASE INDICATE SO IN ANY EMAIL RESPONSE. sURELY A SIMPLER SUPPORT COULD BE DEVISED. aS A DOUBLE AMPUTEE OF THE LOWER LIMBS THIS REALLY IS A PAIN IN THE PREVERBIAL

i fORGOT TO MAKE CLEAR MY pAYPAL RECEIPT IS FOR jAZZ PURCHASE ON A DIFFERENT PURCHASE NIGHT FROM bOOGIE KEYS. THE ERROR IN SENDING TWO CONFIRMATIONS AND ACTIVATIONS FOR BOOGIE KEYS IS WITH YOUR ADMINISTATION OF THE PURCHASES.

Cannot see it in my account yet though it has been open downloading software. Do I need to close first and reopen. No email confirming purchase and registration no.
It’s showing in your account on my end here. Have you tried logging out of the Toontrack Product Manager and logging back in? Its not under the EZkeys MIDI pack section? Can you post a screen pic of the EZkeys section in Product Manager?
