When i draw 2 bars of C, it gives me a pair of 1 bar triads of C. How can I draw the two bars “tied”, NOT merged (that still is two seperate C chords). In other words, can I draw 8 beats of C, instead of 4 beats and 4 beats without having to play it in? Much of the time, I work from my laptop in bed, and don’t want to go into my studio to play a single 2 bar chord.
The reason: many of these templates have a tender “sparse” feel, but in “replace midi, they either play or imply the triad downbeat at the top of each bar.
OH MY GOD, I’m such an idiot… I was drawing them from the center chord line, instead of the bottom midi line (where I can stretch them)! So embarrassed.
So my next question; Anyone know how an idiot can delete his own post from this forum??
