Using EZmix with a DAW

Hi,

I bought the EZmix 64bit and a few of the preset packs and the tone sounds fantastic to play. I’d like to start recording with these presets; I only have Audacity (free) and Reaper (demo) but don’t know how to use these effects within a DAW. On Reaper, when I click to create a new track, and press the FX button, EZmix is not in the list of effects.
I use a Rocksmith cable for my guitar and plug it into pc via USB. I am looking to buy a DAW so if anyone can recommend one that works well with EZmix that would be great help as well. Also if anyone can help me use EXmic with the DAW’s mentioned above that’d also be awesome.

Hi,

when I create a new track in Reaper, I just click the FX button, select VST or AU and it is there in the list.
Which version are you using?

I cannot use EZmix 2 with Cakewalk
