Hi all,
I am using Sonar X1 Essentials and am looking at purchasing EZ mix. it is possible/plausible to use Amplitube 3 for my guitar sounds as a plugin on the required tracks and then to provide that extra bit of polish, use EZ mix also wthin the same tracks?
Kind regards
James.
Yes. EZmix can be inserted on a track or an Aux bus or the mix bus or an effects bus.

How do you make that happen? My friend installed EZmix2 but in pro tools m-powered 8 it doesn’t show up in any of the plugin areas.
What exactly is an “aux” bus in Cubase? Is that the same as “insert”? Dont Think ive seen anything called “aux” in Cubase but I’m pretty new to this only have a few years experience with this homestudio recording/mixing thing…

Aux busses are called different things in different DAWs. Cubase calls them FX channels. You feed the FX channel signal from the channel’s Send section. The ‘Send’ is short for ‘Aux Send’.
