User Song Structures grayed out

I am having a problem loading any song structures.

I have create some of my own but even the standard song structures will not load into the track. If you right click on the song structure, the command Load Structure onto Track is grayed out. The only available functions are Rename Structure and Remove Structure.

This happens both in standalone and within the DAW. The DAW is Reaper v6.08.

Someone in support suggested running the program as Administrator and to try dragging the song structure to the track. Tried this for both for standalone and for running in the DAW. No improvement.

Any ideas please.

Do you have any added any MIDI to the ‘MIDI Drop Zone’ above the Song Track?
What’s your process??

I find that the Song Structures are not available
until the MIDI Drop Zone is filled (even if only an empty block)
and Song Part Variations suggestions are displayed…

Thanks for that, Scott. I was missing the bit where you need to have something loaded into the drop zone. I had misunderstood how it all works. Toontrack got back to me and explained it all and now I am up and running.
