I recently purchase some reggae grooves from odd grooves.
They say that these grooves work with EZDrummer.
I tried to use the user midi files menu option from the help menu in EZDrummer, but it does nothing.
My screen blinks but does not open a directory or anything that would allow me to populate the user midi files.
Their site says to copy under the ezdrummer/midi file directory.
For mac specifically:
Library/Application Support/EZDrummer/MIDI.
On my computer there is a directory as follows:
Library/Application Support/Toontrack/Ezdrummer
In the above directory exist the following folders:
MixerPresets
PresetsEZX
There is no midi folder.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I am a licensed EZDrummer user.
My MidiFiles > Shows up in the menu and works fine.
and it resides in the library > App Support >EZDrummer>Midi >My MidiFiles folder .
Maybe you need to make this folder.dont why but worth a try .
What is your installation path?
On my computer from the root drive it is:
ezdrummer/program files/toontrack/ezdrummer
Under this directory is the ezdrummer.dll, the help folder, midi folder and sounds folder.
Under the library/application support/toontrack/ezdrummer the following folders exist:
MixerPresets
PresetsEZX
I am wondering if there is an installation path issue.
EZDrummer works fine in Pro Tools, but when I try to add the third party midi files there are not found.
