Is there any way to import a SD3 drum pattern for the rhythmic groove plus a midi chord sheet from elsewhere to narrow down the search in the groove library?
I have tried multiple ways but without success yet. Seems as if only the one or the other is possible. But maybe I have missed something.
The chords and tempo for the song are already clear. I would like to import them and keep them fix. The additional drum midi coming e.g. from SD3 should help to select an appropriate bassline from the EZ Bass grooves tab, that fits with the overall groove of the song. I want to narroe down the search this way.
The play button in the library area should give me somehow a preview/indication what it would sound like, before I drag it to the song creator midi track.
Maybe there is some trick I don’t know yet.
