    From the Toontrack User Agreement:

    6. TERMS OF USE. You may only use a Product, or any part of a Product, including presets or
parts of sound libraries, only in the context of musical arrangements, recordings of arrangements
    and live performances.

So as long as you are using the Toontrack content in a musical arrangement and not reselling the loops or sounds, you are not breaking the agreement terms.

Just as a quick follow up, you mentioned sounds. Does that mean that I couldn’t use any of the SDX content in my recordings, since I would be using a specific kit? For instance, if I used the Djent kit from SD3, or the Against The Ropes preset from Drums of Destruction? Just asking for clarification. Thank you.

Is it in the context of a musical arrangement or would you be selling the “sounds”?
