Currently, I’m using EZDrummer 1.3.1 and today I’m trying to upgrade to 1.3.2. From what I can tell I have taken the right steps to upgrade, expand (unzip) the file(s) but when I investigate further I can’t find the new version anywhere.
I also tried this with EZMix (I’m using 2.0.1 and can’t find the new version 2.0.2).
I also tried this with EZKeys (I’m using 1.0.1 and can’t find the new version 1.1.0)
Any suggestions, ideas, instructions, will be greatly appreciated.
Have the .dlls been manually moved since they were installed?

No they have not.
I went to the toontrack website and saw that updates were available for EZDrummer, EZMix, and EZKeys and I decided to download each of them.
I went through (at least what I think) is the normal steps for each update i.e. download, extract files, etc, but I cannot find them on my hard drive. After that, I went in to my DAW and pulled up each one just to see what version was installed and I still have my older versions. Then I went to Windows Explorer to try and find them and I can’t seem to locate any of the update files.
Please give us your system specs. Also, after you extract files, are you running the installer file?

PC running Windows 7 Home Premium, 64 bit operating system

Yes, after extracting I am running the installer.
BTW, a few minutes ago I looked at Windows Explorer again and located EZKeys 1.1.0 (Yippeee). Still haven’t located others yet.
Also, I have been doing the default install; not custom.
Well, the only way running the installer wouldn’t install over the original .dll (if they weren’t manually moved) is if there are 32-bit and 64-bit versions of the plugin on the same system. For example, say you initially install the 32-bit version of EZkeys and are using it in your DAW. Then, you run the latest update but install the 64-bit update. This installs the 64-bit version. You fire up your DAW and load the un-updated 32-bit version.
So, have you been using the 64-bit or 32-bit versions of the plugins up ’till now? Is your host a 32-bit or 64-bit host? By default, the 64-bit versions install to C:Program FilesVstPluginsToontrack64bit.

I have REAPER 32 bit and 64 bit on my machine.
On the toontrack download page it shows that everything has been downloaded.
Is there a way to download again?
