Hi there
I’m having serious problems with my computer, to the extent that I have ordered a new one. Thus I have uninstalled SD3 from it.
I’m aware that I can only have 2 instances installed at any one time, so I’m wondering whether I should tell someone about this uninstall at Toontrack, so that I can still have two fresh installs moving forward, if you see what I mean.
Thanks for any help.
All you really need to do is go into your product manager and remove the authorization for that machine. You will be able to re-authorize when you install it on your new machine. I’ve already had to go through this (laptop died a horrible death).

You as the user can freely remove and add authorizations 4 times before Toontrack need to remove any of the old authorizations. If this is only your second or third, there is nothing we need to do until you need your 5th authorization, then we can reset them.

Thanked by: Bear-Faced CowOoooh… that’s starting to make me wonder how many I have used and if I’m on the edge of a support request, with all of the computer mishaps I’ve been experiencing lately. I guess I’ll know when my main machine comes back from service.

All you need to do is unauthorize sd3 on the current computer.
Go to your personal page on ToonTrack and find your products or use the download portal. Find SD3 and authorizations. Just unauthorize it and it’s as good as new
